Additional Details: 2010 will mark US Club Soccer's inaugural Penn Cup state championships for US Club Soccer-member clubs and teams. The Penn Cup will unifiy eastern and western Pennsylvania clubs and teams.

All teams must be US Club Soccer-carded. Individual teams may join US Club Soccer in order to play in the Penn Cup. No USYS passes/rosters will be accepted.
