Heritage Soccer Classic04/11/2010 - 04/15/2010 - Hilton Head Island, South CarolinaSponsor: Hilton Head Island High School Gender: Male Boys Age Group(s): U19 Facility Type: Outdoor Application Deadline: 29 Dec 2009 Additional Details: THE HERITAGE SOCCER CLASSIC April 11-15, 2010 The Heritage Soccer Classic is a proposed high school age (U-19), international, invitational soccer tournament for boys run in association with the Verizon Heritage Golf Tournament. The host team is Hilton Head Island High School; a public high school on beautiful Hilton Head Island. SC, USA. http://www.hiltonheadisland.org/ Ideally, the teams will represent high schools from the US and abroad. Each player must be a full-time high school student. US National Federation of State High School Association rules must be used. This tournament will be sanctioned by the South Carolina High School League and the National Federation of State High School Associations. VERIZON HERITAGE- The soccer tournament is associated with the Verizon Heritage, a prestigious stop on the PGA Tour, which is held at The Sea Pines Resort’s Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island April 12-18, the week following The Masters. The two golf tournament sites are approximately 3 hours apart allowing for a fantastic spring break of golf and soccer. Heritage Soccer tournament packages will include the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Verizon Heritage. Single day tickets for Thursday through Sunday (not available to the general public) can be purchased for $75. Practice Round tickets (Monday-Wednesday) with include the Pro-Am tournament are just $35. Weeklong Grounds Badges for $140 and Clubhouse Badges for $170 are also available for purchase.
